All grant applications require authorisation from the applicant’s Training Church, which is also subject to the same deadline as the applications.  An authorisation request will be triggered automatically when each application is submitted. Training Churches must complete a Training Programme Questionnaire for their respective programmes. If your church has previously completed these, please check they are still relevant and the details are correct. The forms may be accessed below if you wish to update your completed questionnaire(s) or complete a new one.
